1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Neuvizo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Neuvizo is an AI media platform that helps users generate images, create videos, edit existing visuals, and manage generation workflows through a subscription and credits-based model.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment partner, Whop. Prices, credit allocations, and billing intervals are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected until their next renewal cycle unless otherwise required by law.
5. Credits and Usage
Credits are consumed when you generate images, videos, or edits through the platform. Unless explicitly stated in your plan, unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Credit balances are non-transferable and have no cash value.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Generate or upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Resell or redistribute access without authorization
- Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the assets the Service generates for you, subject to the rights and license terms of any third-party models or providers involved. Neuvizo retains ownership of the platform, software, branding, and underlying service design. You grant Neuvizo a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated assets before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuvizo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through email or a prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
